Hey all,
I had my 1996 Honda stolen, but I lucked out and was able to replce it with a 2003 Honda Accord. I am looking to install a suplimental alarm system as there are some features that I want- mainly passive locking.
I got the car used, so I am not 100% sure if the factory system has a passive lock option- does anyone know?
If not, I am looking for a wiring diagaram and any pointers for intalling an OEM alarm in the system. Anyone got a link?
Thanks,
Broo

As far as I know, a factory alarm is standard on every 2003 or newer EX Accord. Sit in the car, lock the doors with the remote, wait a minute and open the door from the inside, the alarm will go off. You also have a transponder chip in your keys. Its not an easy car to steal. Do a little more research....try searching for a "PKH3" at www.bypasskit.com for an explanation of the transponder chip in your key.
