Okay, I just deinstalled a Viper 500 from the 1993, 300ZX. There were  no wires going to the glove box which is where i was told the factory alarm is.  Whenever i attach the neg batt cable, the factory horn starts and wont stop. I dont have a clue how to stop it and the car wont start either!!

I need help!! I also did not see an obvious alarm box behind the glove box as i was told. what does it look like?

How is the factoryt theft system suppossed to work? (There are no key fobs or remotes) How do you bypass/deactivate it??

See if you can located that gray/red wire which is your factory disarm wire and ground it. That should take care of that problem.

From experience.....Do you know where that wire is located? Would the anti-theft module have that labeled on it? What i saw behind the glove box looked like the vehicles computer.

Unfortunately on this car I'm following the notes provided. It says on some models it may be behind the glove box, if not check under the dash(steering colum)

No the unit will not have the wires marked, only color coded.

Have you tried the key in the drivers door?
