Hello,
Im pretty new to installing alarms. I have wired some audio and thats all fine an dandy. This is my first car alarm install attempt. I have some confusion about a few wires, bsically i dont know if i need them or where to hook them to. please help me! I dont need any fancy window rolling or trunk releasing. I just want the alarm features + remote start. Just the basics really.
Car: 2001 civic EX coupe AUTOMATIC
Alarm: Viper 791XV
* I already have a bypass module
Listed below are the wires that i dont have a clue about. I dont know if i need them, i dont know where they go if i do. please help!
PRIMARY HARNESS (H1) QUESTIONS:

Violet (+) Door trigger input
SECONDARY HARNESS (H2) QUESTIONS:

Notes:
NOTE: This vehicle has an immobilizer system *1 The factory alarm plug is a green plug above the drivers kick panel. *2 The drivers door trigger is green, front passenger door trigger is lt. GREEN/ red, and the rear door trigger is GREEN / WHITE. *3 In the top left plug. *4 It is a 2 pin plug to the passenger side of the battery. *5 The PCM is behind the glove box. The vss is in a connector A (31 pins), pin 18. The vss is also blue/white at the cruise control module to the left of the steering column.

youll need these wires:
REMOTE START HARNESS

Blue (-) status output - to activate ur bypass
REMOTE SECONDARY HARNESS (H3) 5 pin connector:
*********************************
BLACK/ White nuetral safety switch - ground it
DOOR LOCK HARNESS (3 PIN CONNECTOR)(the diagram is screw up) dont worry about the (+)
*********************************
Green (-) lock
BLUE (-) unlock

What would i use the BLUE/WHITE (-) 200mA 2nd status / defogger for? How would i hook it up to my defogger?

use a relay to trigger the defogger.
85-status
86-ign or 12volt constant
30- -/+ input
87- the defogger wire

for the RELAY SATELLITE BOX:
Are the only wires i need to use for a basic install + immobolizer the 8 heavy guage wires and the one blue wire ?
