I am a little confused by two wires on CN1.  The green wire is marked "Ignition" on the wiring diagram.  It shares a pin with a red wire that goes to the starter kill relay.  Therefore I am assuming it is a +12V wire.  Where do I need to connect this green wire?  My first thought was the starter wire to initiate the remote start, until I noticed CN2 has a 250 mA wire marked "starter output".

There is a white wire coming off CN1 marked "Accessory".  There is no mention if this is a postive or negative wire.  It doesn't even say if it is an input or output.  CN2 also has an "Accessory Output" wire that is a 250 mA.  Where should the Accessory wire from CN1 be connected?

Thanks in advance.

that green wire that shares w/ teh 12volt is not he starter kill relay, thats the 2nd ignition relay.
there should be anotehr set of prewired relay thats for starterkill/antigrind w/ violet wire, aka ground when armed.

CN1 white its positive ACC, should connect directly to ur ACC if your car has it.
the CN2 has acc ouput thats negative 200mA, only enough current to trigger a relay. this is use to supply a 2nd ACC if necessary.
