1989 Volvo GL: Problem with OEM locks

For some reason, the OEM locks (Vacuum type I believe) have stopped working. When you lock or unlock the drivers or passengers side door, all the other remaining doors do the same. Now, the door you unlock/lock, is the only door that will lock/unlock. Anyone have any tips? Suggestions? TIA!

Check the drivers door lock motor.That is the main lock that controls the single stage locking on those cars.
