You would need a relay to interrupt the shock sensor as well as another relay to interrupt the ignition input to the alarm. The ignition input H1/9 YELLOW (+) Switched Ignition Input, Zone 5 needs to be interrupted as it is also a triggerable alarm zone. IE. turning the ignition on while armed will set off the alarm. Wire a relay that uses the ignition as a feed on pin 86. Ground pin 85. cut the lead going to the sensor and/or ignition input and wire one side to pin 87A and the other to pin 30. I think that might work. Whenever the vehicle is running the relays will bypass those zones via the relays. While the engine is running you get out of the car, close the door and then arm the alarm with your transmitter. When the turbo timer shuts down, the sensor and/or ignition input will be active again.
Anyone else have a better way? There could be an easier way but this is all I can think of at the moment. Use this diagram as a reference. I don't think you would need the diode.
