Hello:

I am about to install a Crimestopper 2016FM in a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon. Does anyone have any specifics with reference to the conections I need to make? I admit this is my first alarm however I have installed many many high end audio systems in the past!

Your going to need a universal transponder bypass. You'll have to give up a key to put in the bypass in order to remote start.
Here's a pretty detailed wiring diagram for your vehicle.

You going to need a relay and a diode for lock/unlock and it's type "F". Here is a diagram of that.

You can grab your door pin, hood pin, rear hatch pin, Power Lock/unlock, Parking lights, and Dome supervision(optional-needs relay) at the BCM.
