I just bought a 2001 Mazda Millenia it didnt come with the keyless remote for the alarm or doors, I therefore dont know if these items are installed in the car. Does anyone know how I can figure out whether or not I have an alarm and Keyless system installed. When I shut the car off I see a light near the steering wheel that says Security if that helps any. Also if anyone knows where I can find replacement remote for this model. Thanks in advance for your help

You probably have a passive OEM system. Roll down the window and then lock the doors with the key ( after you have closed the door ).   The security light will start to flash and when it goes away or turns solid, reach into the car and unlock the door at the lever and open the door. If you have an OEM alarm system the horn will honk and the lights will flash. To turn it off, insert your key into the door lock and unlock the door. This will ground a wire to disarm the security system.
