I just had a customer call back about a 2003 NEON i put a starter/alarm into.  He says when you start it it dosn't start, but the vehicle honks a few times.  It worked fine when i installed it.  It does not have a factory alarm, nor does it have factory door locks.  It used a bypass box to bypass the imobilizer system.  What could possibly be going wrong?  Is there some other disarm wire i missed that possibly enables after the vehicle sits off for a while?

I think the Customer should bring it back in and duplicate the problem.

I have seen ( not specifically Neon ) some cars come with Manual Door Locks WITH Security System.

Sounds like the Bypass may have moved
