Actually done a couple of them It's pretty straight forward car.  The only real pain in  the butt is you'll need 2 relays to make the doors unlock.  As far as the vats interface goes when you're getting the resistance value for the chip in the key just make sure you meter is only hitting the chip it self and not any other part of the key.  Have fun.

hooks to the orange wire on the brain....and depending on the window mod....u will need to hook one of the negitive trigger extra channels of the 791 up too it too.  Then u must wire to the window wires LF up (dk. blue) down (brown) RF up (lt. blue) down (tan) located in the main harness from door or a window switch...i usually go to the window switch in door

As for the window module it wires up between the window switches and the motor wires.  Easiest way is to run the wires into the drivers door.  As for specifics you have to let me know what window module you got.  As for the locks go; the lock wire is straight forward RED / black in the passenger kick.  The unlock part is the fun one.  You'll need 2 spdt relays.

Relay 1 pin 85 goes to unlock output of alarm. pin 86 goes to +12volt constant.  pin 87 goes to +12volt constant.  Then find a gray/black wire in the passenger kick it's the passenger door unlcok wire.  Cut it in half the switch side goes to pin 87a and the motor side goes to pin 30.

Relay 2 pin 85 goes to unlock output of alarm.  pin 86 goes to +12volt constant. pin 87 goes to +12volt constant.  Then there's a tan wire in the passenger kick.  its the driver door unlock wire.  Cut it in half the switch side goes to pin 87a and the motor side goes to pin 30.

Now as far as testing the wires for the switch side and motor side.  What you want to do is hit the switch as you meter each half the switch side is the one that will register +12volts when you hit the switch.  Good luck and happy installing.
