Does anyone know how to reset the airbag computer on a 2005 Altima? After breifly disconnecting a trim panel near the radio which has a passenger airbag staus light in it, the airbag warning light now will not go out on the dash.

There is a way but I forget. It involves cycling the ignition key a certain way. Try searching at infinitifx.org; it is there somewhere.

1) Turn ign switch to "on" position.
2) After 7 seconds, turn ign switch completely off.
3) Wait more than 3 seconds.
4) Repeat 1-3 two more times.
5) Turn ign switch on. Error code will flash.
6) Now remove the key and the code should be reset.
You're welcome.
