Did you cut the YELLOW wire in half??

Measure the Resistance on the KEY side of the cut YELLOW wire.
You may have to turn the key just before CRANK.
If you have the correct wires ...you will get a reading.

Ok, here's what you have to do with thos dip switch set units
start the car with the key, cut the yellow wire, theft light will come on.
Measure between the key side yellow and the black, write down reading, then flip your leads and measure again, you will get a different reading. find the resistence in the middle of these two numbers and set your bypass switchs to that #.

Those modules with the DIP switches are a waste of time. Better to get something that programs itself.
When you're testing the Passlock wires with your meter, set the parking brake and put the car in reverse-----this way, you can turn the key all the way to the Start position, but the car won't crank, and therefore you won't lock up the Passlock system while your'e working.
