Hey guys,
Just installed a Clifford Matrix 3.2 in a 2000 Nissan Maxima. Can't get the rear defroster to activate. I am trying to put it on an AUX channel so it can be run optionally on each start. I think the Clifford install method will allow the user to turn the defroster on or off but as a "sticky" setting for all subsequent starts.
I tried a pulsed and constant output with no success. Anyone know how to do this?
Thanks.

I should add that I am "having" this installed. The installer could not get the rear defroster to work on the aux. I asked him and he tried both pulsed and constant connection.
Now that I think it about it some more I wonder if I could also connect the front defroster switch in tandem with the rear defrost to the same AUX channel. It sits above the rear defrost switch and seems to work the same way. That way I could tuen them both on at the same time when needed.
