2001 Ford Ranger, Directed Valet 561R

I am installing a Valet 561R in my 2001 Ford Ranger. I have the 555U Bypass kit. I'm looking through the manual and somethings are not making snese to me. Can anyone who may have installed this in a similar vehicle tell me which wires I will actually need and which wires are not applicable to my use? ThanksBrian

Thanks for the help. That wasn't the question I asked however. Some of the wires I know I will not need such as the wait to start wire. I was merely asking anyone whom has installed this for their input.Thanks

Ok so you are potentially dealing with something that can destroy the computers in your vehicle or at least blow the alarm you just bought. If you had a question about a single wire or a wire's function that would be different. But asking a blanket question about every wire is something that shouldn't need to be asked unless you don't know what you are getting into.Certified Security Specialist
