Anyone know how to program new remotes on a Mannix sm700?

I found it

(1.) Remove battery from remote and leave doors openuntil code learning is complete (2.) Turn key to "ON" position and then press brakepedal and hold till learning is complete(3.) Insert the battery into remote while pressing andholding the "LOCK" button(4.) "EACH" will be displayed on LCD with one beepsound(5.) Release the "LOCK" button(6.) Press and hold the "SIDE" button for more than 2seconds(7.) When "----" is displayed on the LCD and one beepsound is emitted release the "SIDE" button(8.) Press and release the "LOCK" button 4 times(9.) LCD display will turn to normal screen displayingcurrent time and emit Congratulation Melody and 3chirps sound from alarm siren(10.) Release the brake pedal, close all doors andturn key to off position Remote should now be programmed.Brake pedal must stay depressed and drivers door mustremain open throughout entire program process.
