Been trying to hook up piezo sirens inside my 98 mazda millenia. The wiring diagram says the horn is (-)GREEN/ red which is at the bottom of the steering column but I can't find the horn trigger for the factory alarm system. Any ideas? The horn wire is somewhere else for the alarm system because with the interior horn unplugged the alarm still sounds.
I want the siren inside to activate when the horn is sounding for the alarm. I have a 30amp relay which would be wired as
30 - (-) horn trigger
85 - (+) Siren
86 - Chassis ground
87 - Chassis ground
This is what i found on this site.

relay should be;  85 trigger wire from your source (alarm-keyless,??) 86 is the opposite of 85 trigger wire (85 sends a -, then this is constant 12v), 87 should be - to activate the factory horn or + to activate your sirens, and 30 goes out to your piezo's or sirens.

but you only want these to sound when the factory alarm goes off right?

that will take a lil doing, unless you don't mind the sirens going off when you honk the horn.

toasters rock
