I just installed an Audiovox aa-925 Keyless entry system in my car.  Everything works fine, except the door locks.  The door will lock, but it will not unlock.  I can hear the box clicking, and I can hear the door locks trying to pop, but they won't actually unlock.  The doors lock just fine.  Whats the deal?

2001 Chrysler Sebring, with single wires system.  I installed the resisotrs already.  After a little more playing around, I realized that if hit lock on the FOB, it locks the doors, and if i hit unlock on the key fob, it also locks the doors.  I think I need to reverse the polarity of one of the wires with a relay, but I can't remember how.

Your resistor wire on the unlock wire is wrong. Your polarity is fine.

Check your Resistance:

If it is a 2001 Sebring Sedan:

Door Locks Require +12v Pulse Thru 1800 Ohm Resistor For Lock And +12V Pulse Thru 750 Ohm Resistor For Unlock.

I'm starting to get mad now, lol.  I finally made sure I had  +12v to the unlock, and did get the doors to unlock.  Now, the door won't lock.  If I hook up only unlock, it wil unlock, and if i hook up only lock, it will lock.  But if I hook up both, it only locks.

Are you using Relays?

Or, does your Unit have + / - Outputs ??

I will post the exact information from the wiring diagram with the unit.

(-) Lock Pulse( +)Unlock Pulse - Red wire

(-) Unlock Pulse (-) Lock Pulse - Green Wire

RED / Black (-) 2nd unlock only

I tried w/ relays and without, switching the wires on the resistors, somehow the door will even lock without a resistor hooked up.

Have you tried Direct 12 Volts to each Resistor to Only LOCK & then UNLOCK to be sure you have the correct resistance?
