Hi!

Some Informations : my car is a 1995 Ford Taurus SHO with the 5 speed manual transmission., Alarm is a ProStart CT-5000

Everything works, exept I ran out of relays so I didn't plugged the other IGN wire, but I will soon enough.

I plugged the yellow wire (+) from the module to the parking lights wire (brown +). And when the lights are off, it works fine, but when they are ON, they don't flash, just get brither. Also, since then, my flashers and hasards dosen't work anymore. I don't know if it was the correct way to wire it up, if I blowed the flasher relay or the MFS. I tried to figure a way to wire it up so the lights always flash, but I didn't came up with anything.

If you need any more information, feel free to ask. Thanks a lot, I need it to work properly.

Yves

PARKING LIGHTS ( + ) BROWN (+)  @ HEADLIGHT SWITCH
Looking at the install diagram I see that you have 2 parking light outputs...both the same color (wich would bother me) You might have the wrong one, as they are POS(+) or NEG(-) double check to see if you have used the correct one. You nee the POS(+) output

I remember testing that wire while checking the voltage from it and a piece of metal of the car (ground) and it indicated me the correct reading without the - that appears when it's not connected properly.

Test the BROWN wire again at the light switch to see that it's getting 12 volts when switched on. Now cut that wire and apply 12 volts to the carside of the switch ( isolating the switch ) and see if your lights turn on.

I'll try that tomorrow, when it stops ice-raining.

Do you have a way to make the Parking lights flash while the PL are OFF (like it does now) and also when they are ON ? I looked how to relay it, but it won't work I think.

The RS wire just send a +12V signal via the yellow wire, so it won't work that way.

I drawed this, to make the parking lights flash while they are OFF or ON.

Tell me what you think.
