viper 560xv in 2000 pontiac grand prix

So I want to install my alarm myself, but I am having issues. I have it hooked up, but I dont like the fact that the alarm can still be armed with the car running. I have yet to hook up the relay box for the remote start. Could that be my problem? I also have yet to figure out how to wire in my power door locks I found the wires that are supposed to be the door locks but I have no response from them. Also if I turn the alarm on and it is set off the L.E.D. will flash even after I have started the car. Does anybody know anything about this alarm like which wire is the accessory in wire?Drink and drive and Ill end up taking your money

Once you have everything hooked up, it should work fine. The system is not seeing an ignition input yet, because the system is not fully installed.

yes......the ignition input to the alarm is yellow on the remote start ribbon cable....this cable plugs into relay satellite. Once you have the 2 power wires and the pink wire  of the satellite hooked up, the system will now get a correct ignition input (i would hook up everything else while in there.) As for the door locks, they can be found at drivers kick or at the keyless entry module above the drivers kick.   lock 18ga Lt. blue (-) unlock 18ga white (-)
