Follow the instructions in the installation manual very carefully, if you are off one step the programming will not take. If you do not have your installation manual you can head over to techservices.audiovox.com, sign up for a free account and download your manual.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

Once you get into the programing mode you have to watch the LED blinks for each function. Everytime you hit the valet button the LED shoud blink the number of times that corresponds to the function number you are trying to change, the chirps you hear are where that function is currently set at and then you hit the lock or unlock button to change that function. Audivox/prestige is a challenging system to set up. Good Luckaps 996 programming -- posted image.

Key on, valet button 3x's, one chirp, key off followed by one long churp (I believe) then imediately turn key back, this is program mode 1 from there you use the valet to take you through the different functions but again watch the LED for the numbered position you are trying to get to. don't listen to the chirps they only tell you what feature you are turning on or off or advancing to in that feature.
