Ok, I have done much searching, tried to follow on the install guide and have referenced these two sites:

https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=55740

and

https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=76405&get=last

But I am still having no luck with this, I have non factory keyless so it is a five wire system. The system I bought has a negative pulse lock/unlock. So I purchased 4 wire relays so I can use positive pulse, I tried cutting the pink/black and pick/orange wires and using the keyless but I am having a lot of trouble because I dont think I completely understand how this system works. Instead of laying upside down behind the driver side dash I popped open the dash plate on the passenger side and have found the same wires at a way easier access point. I found one pink/black wire and two pink/orange wires. Cutting one pink/orange disabled the driver side, cutting the other disabled the passenger side, applying positive to one side of the pink/black wire locked the driver door and applying it to the otherside shorted out. Same goes for one of the pink/orange wires except it locks the passenger side. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help me? Thanks.

You need 5-wire relays wired as shown in the diagram on the relays page. Your door lock motors rest at ground, and if you follow that diagram you will see that when one relay is active it separates on leg and leaves the other at ground. It reverses this when the other relay is active.

The diagram shown on that page shows which side goes to motor and which side goes to switch. The proper vehicle wires when cut will stop the door locks from responding at all. If when you press either lock or unlock on the passenger door switch either direction works then you are on the wrong wires. When you do establish the correct wires the switch side will be the side that gets +12V when you press the switch on the door.

Ok I got it it was actually quite simple. Instead of relays on this truck, the lock/unlock switch actually does two things in place of a relay, both wires to each acutators are grounded then when you hit lock/unlock itll take away the negative and apply positive, and the same for the other side. Thanks for the help!
