i have a remote start system but it is not hooked up to the horn just the lights, its not hooked up to the factory door locks since they are not powered.  but my question is in the back of my manual it says "Programming Options" and under that it says i can change the "flashing" lights to "Constant" and i  would really wish to do this because its really screwing up my driving thinking my hazards are on or something.

Well, you can change the option to constant from flashing, but that is only when the car is remote started.  After you get in and put the key in the igniion and press the brake pdeal, the lights should go off, and not be doing anything at all.

i figured it out with the help of tearing out my under dash and finding where the button and led light had been installed, kinda wish the installer would of put it in plain sight not just tucked it up under all the other wires. but anyway i used my button and light to figure out the menus and got it to change to constant light. which i was very pleased with.   thank you for your inquiry.,    blake
