Try this way..... Chances are you have the switch and the motor wires backwards... (on the wrong pins of the relay)

i tried that but i don't know which wires on the alarm are the (-) outputs

https://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w247/monetxgirl/alarminstructions.jpg

On the alarm there is a 10-pin connector primary harness.

the pin are as follow (by manual)
pin 1: brown wire:siren output (+)-this is obvious for me
pin 2: white wire: parking light output (+/-) relay. do i need a relay then and then connect the relay to the parking light? or can i just connect it directly?
pin 3: violet: unlock #87a normally closed
pin 4: blue/black: unlock #30 common (output)
Pin 5: BROWN / black: unlcok #87 normally open (input)
pin 6: violet?black: lock #87a normally closed
pin 7: GREEN/ black:lock #30 common (output)
pin 8: WHITE/ black: lock #87 normally open (input). pin:

9: red constant

pin 10:black system ground
