I am installing a Clifford concept 470 on a 2002 Ford F-150 Harley Supercrew and the customer wants to have the turn signal and mirror signal bulbs to flash instead of the parking lights, (like many factory alarms on modern vehicles) he wants the brighter look. My question is does anyone know what the wire colors are and where to locate them. is there a way I can tap into the hazard circuit or do I have to split the output with 4 diodes and connect the 4 corners separately. Thanks ahead of time.

From my own (small amount of) experience with US spec vehicles, I'm afraid it's the second answer; grouning one of the haz switch leads will turn them on but they latch! You have to ground them a second time to turn them off!

I searched the forum again and can't find any answers. Is there anyone that can give some answers on how to do this? I have to finish this truck soon.

Go to the lead from ignition switch/indicator switch, find 4 leads, 2 per side that flash when you turn indicator to each side, take the white lead from alarm and run it out via 4 x 1N 5003 etc diodes with the bans away from alarm to each of these wires, feed the WHITE/ red on alarm via a 15 amp fuse.

Thanks, I will try that.
