1994 Vw Golf, Vacuum driven locks

i bought a keyless entry system (DEI valet 711T). my car (1994 VW Golf) has a vacuum driven locks. to use this keyless entry system on my car i need a double pulse signal to lock and unlock the doors. a friend of mine told me that i need some kind of relay to get double pulse. can somebody tel me how can i do it?

The Valet 711t can be programmed to double pulse upon unlock to operate this type of door locks. Look at the installation manual under progrmmable features.

*1 Requires a double pulse to unlock.
