Hey guys,
I have a Viper 5000 alarm, and am in need of a replacement remote. How do I go about getting a new remote? Can anyone in the Portland Oregon area help me with this?
Thanks,
Roman

Could someone post instructions on how to sync a universal remote?
I guess it should be noted that I do not have the old remote.

You do not need the old remote to program a new one. You can get the installation manual here. Remote programming instructions start on page 29. You can get a new remote from most big box stores, ebay, online vendors etc.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
