Hi, I ordered some stuff from coolwheels.com (1/8/03) and all I got was a big credit card bill, they don't answer the phone and never reply to email (most addresses come back as a dead link) . Last week they had a recording (for one day only)saying something like "thank you for calling Autoaccessories.com please call between 9am &5pm." Now I tried to contact autoaccessories.com but they don't answer emails, the web site said you can call but they don't list a phone number. SO........does anyone have a phone number for autoaccessories.com??????????????need a phone number -- posted image.

If you purchased it on a credit card there are laws out there that allow you to get your money back in cases like this. As long as the balance is still on the card you can call them and they will assist you in resolving the issue or giving you your money back. Hope this info helps just call you credit card provider as soon as possible to make them aware of the situation!

I called the credit card company, they are giving me temporary credit. They are going to contact CDK Auto accessories, and try and get a refund. Coolwheels had the phone disconnected, and Autoaccessories still doesn't answer the phone or reply to Emails. The both change the items on their home page almost every day, so beware..........Harry

Yet another reason not to purchase from a guy sitting at home in his underwear drop shipping electronics. my advice for anyone is to stick with a local shop. the extra money is for phones to call for service and advice. don't get me wrong the internet is great, but it is also costing a lot of people jobs.

Have to agree with you that a reputable shop is the best place to buy equipment from. But there are also a lot of reputable people sitting at home in there underwear selling on the internet. I have purchased lots of equipment from the net and have always been satisfied with my purchases. I always ask the internet retailer a question either by phone or email just to see what kind of response I get. I believe this will give you a good indication of the experiences you will have dealing with the company.

As a local business I have to chime in here on this one!
If you are going to do it yourself and want to assume the risk go right ahead. But if you want good quality sales and installation by professionals then dig a little deeper and pay for those in the know to spec., order, and supply the correct parts. I will not install new equipment that someone brings to me in hand simply because I do not know if it is factory seconds or even damaged because the customer tried to hook it up themselves, damaged it and then wants to lay the blame elsewhere.
Thanks to HARRY & BBERMAN1 for wanting to stay with those of us willing to stick our necks out and actually open our doors to the public daily. kudos to you guys!
