Installed a jensen dvd player in my RV. Workes perfectly until the furnace turns on. Then it goes back to standby as if i turned it off. The furnace has a 12 volt motor and all the 12 volt systems run off the inverter that keeps the coach battery charged. I think what is happening is that the dvd player is somewhat newer than the inverter and is sensing a slight drop in the power supply when the furnace motor turns on and shuts off, assuming that it has been turned off. I need to find somthing that would give a continued source of power with the setup that I have.Anyone know if there  is anything I can get that would eliminate this problem?

Thanks

most head units have the operating range of 11 volts to 14 volts. Test the Yellow and Red wires of the jensen unit to see if the furnace is making the voltage drop below 10 volts when it turns on.
Use a simple volt meter and report back. We'll go from there.
