I am installing one 15" woofer in an enclosure that will be able to be taken out when I need the space. I also will have a 10" mounted in pre-fab enclosure specifically for the side of my Expodition. I want to be able to flick a switch when I take the 15" out to turn on the 10" to my amp. I think this is possible with I relay, but I don;t know how to do it. Please help!
Thanks

you dont need a relay what you do is take a two hot sided switch  put this switch as close to the amp as possible so that when you take out the speaker you can shut off the big one and turn on the little one place the possitive wire sodar it to the middle of the switch this is your off or selection.  sodar a wire to one side of three pin switch for either 10 or 15 and the other side of three pin switch to the other speaker not used in previous instruction.

now it is better off to use the positive rather than the ground cause the positive holds the first current and the negative recieves the negative second current. but it case your better off placeing some type of removable connectore the the set of wires going to the 15 so that when you unclip it no wires will be bare and able to touch metal of  car . metal on cars is gound not good for anyside of amp to hit ground weather the negative or psoitive of amp. any help email me tech jon
