is it possible to convert -constant to -pulse using only one or two relays. the only way i see to do it now is with 3 relays, one to convert to positive, then convert to +pulse, then convert back to neg, making it a negative pulse. any thoughts?

I just Reversed the Existing Circuit from the Files on this Website
