I need some type of latch circuit that has a reset in it. I want to have my window up and down modules controlled by the AUX1 on my remote, and also to enable the window up module on ARM. So each press of the AUX1 alternates between Up and Down, but no matter what the last (Up or Down) window movement, when I ARM, I need it to wind the windows up. I need a mechanical latching relay that has a seperate Reset, or a way of connecting a series of relays to perform the task.

Any ideas???? I've been thinking about this for 5 hours straight now and can't come up with anything.

This is something I came up with based on the relays page 5 pulsed latching relay example... do u thing it will work??? The only thing is it's costly, at $8 per relay there has to be a better option.

1. You are getting ripped off bad if you are paying 8 bucks for a relay, cost on them here is like 30 cents and that is high.

2. You are going to keep alot of relays active to accomplish this and that will start a parasitic current draw.

3. If you always have the up grounded, like in the relay lower left, it will cause unexpected problems. Sure the switching will work fine, but it will go up at odd times. There is something else wierd about this setup but I can't explain it right now.
