I have a commando rs combo alarm installed in a 97 pathfinder.  I cannot get the remote start to work.  I know it's an issue with the 2 starter wires.  I would like to hook it up with the starter kill relay included in the installation.  Is this possible?  I have 30 amp relays so I was told that I need one for each wire or the output would overpower the relay.  I used the relays from commando and they provided be with the wrong wiring information.  The car diagram is right but they told be the wrong way to do it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

well yes nisson has two wires for start and and check this out there is wire that has more pull than the other one meaning the dominant one . i think it is like black yellow.  this is more dominant and needed more if you connect the starter kill to this wire using it like this  pin 85 to negative output wire of alarm. pin 86 to true ignition one. pin 30 output to motor side of start wire. and pin 87a to switch side of start wire ., 87 not used if necessary you may have to use two relays wire them up the same. for the second relay tap in to the first for ignition and negative out from alarm to decrease amout of wires attached to key cylinder.  than for remote start its simple just take a good gaiged wire and connect the two wires after the starter kill so the remote start will work properly this will not cause damage , its ok . try doing the starter kill with one relay first with the two starter wires after the starter wire  connected.  try this and let us know.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.
