Can someone explain the use of a PCB latch relay to lock and unlock the car doors? I have a very cool momentary switch that I would like to use to lock/unlock the car doors. I am adding this feature to a 1970 Triumph TR6. I am very new to electrical work in a car. So a simplified instruction in very layman terms would really help me out.
 
Also, the PCB latching relay that is refered to in the 12volt.com instruction? Would this relay work?

Can  the "Single Pulse to lock/Unlock" circuit be modified in this manner to address my locking/unlocking the door locks?
