hi there the problem i have is........
i need a constant live feed until the brake lights are on so i need a circuit to break the live when a 12v is pressent then return to a constant live when the brake lights go out

Your constant 12v feed is connected to terminal 30 and is output thru terminal 87a, this will provide a constant 12v feed to whatever circuit you require when you are not applying the brakes.  Connect a wire from the output side of the brake light switch to terminal 86, when you apply the brakes, the relay will interrupt your constant 12v feed until you release the brakes.
