Do you have an ohm meter?  How many wires are on the 4 plugs?  How many on plug 1  how many on plug 2  etc....?   What other switches are on the column other than the blinker and horn?

The connector from the steering column is a D-8-67 Delco Remy. It has 9 conductors which are numbered 1-8 & 11. Problem is the Ohm meter will ID the left front and right front only. I need the function of each wire so I can mate up to my new wiring harness connector.

Thanks for the reply.

If anyone has a 1987 Cadillac Eldorado Shop Manual I would gladly pay for a copy of the diagrams (A COUPLE OF PAGES SHOWING CONNECTOR assignments) or buy the entire manual?  approaching desperate.

Let me know when you "REACH" desperate, and are willing to spend a few minutes with your meter.   Or a friend's meter.
