01 hyundai accent 5 speed

ok i'm an idiot, i broke the key, only key, and I had to goto work, so i took off the hookup on the back of the IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS, and turn it and boom it started, only problem was wheel was steal locked, so me and my trusty hammer went to wacking on the switch harness and i hit the harness hookup off the back , so i try hotwiring it and no good, i hooked the meter up to it and can get no power at all reading, i checked the fused on the computer under the hood and its fine,

could i of messed something up? 

Yes it does sound like you could have messed something up.  You need to check all of the fuses in the fuse box or boxes.
