Hi everyone... New to the forum, but not new to installing auto electronics.
I installed a bulldog remote start in my work truck a few years back (99 f-150) and it's been working fine....until today. The engine starts, but the unit keeps spinning the starter until everything shuts down 3 seconds later.
Bulldog's FAQ says it's in tach mode, but I've confirmed that it isnt. (tried it with tach mode on as well, and same issue) All other connections seem fine. Tomorrow I will put it in tach mode and actually hook up the required tach input to see if that will solve this, but my question here is this...
Is this a known issue, and is there a solution that allows the use of the default tachless mode?

Most have over/under cranking adjustments...You can also put the car in reverse while learning ignition for lower rpm's...Not sure if thats how that unit works...
