Hello I am installing a Crimestopper 1704 tw2 in a 07 liberty. A couple of questions.

1. In my information it says that a have to power both ACC wires for the Accessories to function properly? is this true if so do I need a relay or diode to do so? or just solder my RS ACC wire into both Vehicle ACC wires?

2. My information says my parklights are (+) and WHITE/ green in the drivers kickpanel. Cannot find that wire. The wiring info on here says that the wire is (-)pink/red at the column. Does the WHITE/ gree one exist? and in what harness? or is the pink/red one confrimed at the column?

Thank you

Gavin

I am not familiar with the Crimestopper R/S you have but does it have an

extra selectable output that can be programmed for IGN2, ACC2 or Start2?
If it does, your Jeep only needs one IGN and one Start so you can use the extra
output for the second ACC.  Just program it for ACC2 ( or it might be a jumper).
If the R/S does not have that capability then extra relays are required.

As for the Parking Light, I would go to the Parking Light (-) pink/red wire at

the light switch or at BCM, 22 pin plug, pin 5.  The BCM is attached to the left
of the fuse box.

Soldering is fun!

Thank you for the response, I did get ahead of myself and yes the Crimestopper system does have a jumper select for a second ACC.

As for the parklights, I did use the pink\red. Picked it up in the harness under the dash.

Other than that all went well!
