If it helps any, the headlight wire is yellow at the light switch and it's a positive trigger. It puts out 12v when the headlight switch is on.

What issues are you having? Maybe someone can help with more info. I also assume that wire is white but has faded to a yellowish color.

thanks for the reply , i found my problemm.. its the orange & purple wires going to the bottom of the fuse box 901er the hood . a coupel of years ago i put a relay on the drivers side lights to keep my low beams on with the high beams..just reacently i had the dash cover off, and the light senser was unpluged for a couple of weeks.  when you lift up the fuse block to see the bottom , where all the wiring plugs, plug into the fuse block,it had burnt places where the two oranges came together, and the two purple ones. i guess when the high/low beams were on all the time, during the couple of weeks with the light senser was unpluged, they just had too much pull or something going threw it . ive since undone the relay.thanks again for the replies, this site is so helpful!!  im also havin g problems with my prestige remote start system {APS901} with the flashlogic FLTB1 Firmware.. i could use the wiring diagrams for those if anyone knows a link or something. sometimes it cranks right, sometimes it just flashes the parking lights till i push the remote button again,  i went away for almost a year and came home to my step son thinking it was his truck and has done a number to the  sound system, but thats my next task .any info on the wiring diagrams for the prestige APS901 w/the flashlogic firmware FLTB1 , would be gretly appreceated !! thanks again. love th site !!

There are 3 versions of the APS901 ( 901, 901C and 901N ).  The best suggestion is a link to the Audiovox WEB site : http://techservices.audiovox.com/login.aspx    Just

to the right of the Log-In is a link to Sign-Up, which is free.  After you are logged in, go to the Manuals section to locate and download the correct guides for your system.

For the FL TB1, go to this WEB site  http://www.flashlogic.com/product/product/product_id/57  and download install guide #9661 ( or #9654 ) using the

"Search Guide Number" box.   While this is the latest guide, there really hasn't been any changes to the Firmware, wiring or module reset / programming for awhile.

Soldering is fun!
