I have a polor remote car starter in my 2003 Sonata and I am having major problems with it that it is trying to start the car without the key in the ignition and it seems to be draining everything under my hood. How would I remove this remote starter and where would I find it located as it is not a factory installed remote starter.
Any help with diagram or advice would be greatly appreciated

Polar Start is strictly a Candain brand.  Do you know if this aftermarket Polar Start system is an alarm system, too?

Are you comfortable with removing a few trim panels around and under the steering column?

While it might be possible to just remove a few fuses to disable the system, you should open up the lower dash to inspect and obtain some model numbers first.  Pictures would help, too.

Soldering is fun!

I have no problem to remove the system or removing panels under the dash however i do not even know what to look for under the fuse panel to remove it, I would include pictures if I had some so if anyone has pictures or diagrams please feel free to add them on here for ref.
Thank you

Pictures of someone else's car and installation probably won't help us too much.
