Does anyone know of any un-used grommets/grommets with extra space around the wires are already there in the firewall of a 97 Thunderbird? They should be easily accessable under the dash.
Thanks,

drill a new hole and install your own new grommet.

You really shouldn't use an existing factory grommet with wires running through it already. If the harness ever has to be changed (or hood release cable etc)  the mechanic will have to cut your wires and reconnect them.
