Hi. Something is wrong with the wires for the turning signal. When I turn on my signal lights for left or right, they do not turn on, but when I turn on my emergency lights, they turn on. Do anyone know what to do? Thank you

replace the stlk on the column it probably has a short in it , also check the plug behind it , do your headlights work and park lights ??? if so then the turn stalk is shorted somewhere.
