Anyone know how to program this for the CVA-1005??

Have you tried to use the manual yet?  It looks like it has info on how to program it for the CVA-1005 (you have to set it up for that particular mode since it's a part that's designed to be used for many different applications).  Then after it's set up for the CVA-1005 bypass mode, it says:

After programming, connect the green wire to the CVA-1005 remote

wire, the blue wire to the CVA-1005 foot brake input wire, the white wire to the CVA-1005 parking brake input wire. In this configuration, relays are not needed.

Do not connect any other sources to the white or orange wires of the TR-7.

"
