You need an A/V switcher :

AVC-3 Audio / Video Controller

• 4 A/V Input & 3 Video/Audio Outputs
• 3 A/V Outputs Can Select Input Signal Independently
• Video Input Impedance: 75 Ohm
• Audio Input Impedance: 8.2K Ohm
• Dimensions 7.5” x 1.3” x 4”

You can, but your quality of video may be comprimised. Try it out. It only costs you a  pair of Y adaptors. The worse thing that can happen is that you get a crappy picture. Post your results for us.

I have 2 monitors and am running a dvd and old n64 in the minivan.  Wanted to be able to select what signal goes to which monitor.  Went to radio shack, bought a rca block.  it allows for 8 rca plugs.  with a little soldering, voila! you can now switch what you want where you want!  I didn't notice any loss of qualitiy (for about 10 minutes, but thats a different story! See my post on ov580mHELP! if you care!)  with a little more time, I will be building a switch system in.  so, yes, if you wanna be lazy, or just easier, your "y" adapter will work fine!

Sorry, you can NOT post a reply.
