I am in the process of installing a AVX-P700cd (Screen) and AVM-P800R (AV Unit).

I bought the HU used without any wires, but got most of them through pioneer. I hook everything up correctly, but the screen does absolutly nothing. It wont flip open or even eject the cd thats in it. I made sure that all the cables where connected correctly, IP-Bus, Vid- Select, RGB, Ant, Gnd, 12+, Illumination and switched power. I even reset the HU, and brain unit, but nothing.... The only indication of power to the screen is that the security light flashes when you remove the face, thats it. I'm really at ends here with this thing, so any help would be greatly appreitiated. Thank You

take a tester and chek the wires connecting to the tv see if you get a positive and a negative signal you may use a test light to test this or a dmm with two pointed ends.
