Hi there,

I'm trying to find the LCD monitor with touchscreen to install in my car. The size should be 7"-10" and it should have a good brightness (>500 nits). I cannot install it "in-dash", I just don't have enough space there, so it's gonna be installed on the top of the dash panel and it should have some more or less acceptable look for that (It should have touchscreen already installed). It would be more than appreciated if somebody can recommend where I can find a good deals for such kind of products.

Thanks a lot,

       -Eugene

  • Clarion VRX925VD
  • Kenwood KVT-910DVD

Both are touch screen indash monitors that you can use for what you want.

Thanks for info again, but it's a regular monitors (w/out pre-installed touchscreen) and they are too big. What I need is a touchscreen monitor up to 10" that could be used in the car.

Thanks,

      -Eugene.

You can contact any of those websites and ask if they carry anything that is not in the site or know of any manufacturer that carries one that small.

I think this is what you're looking for. I just installed a PC in my car utilizing one of these. Great unit and fits in the double din slot nicely (with a little fiberglassing).  If this is what you're doing (the carPC) then good luck. They are a blast.

Mine :FM radio, 6500 MP3's, GPS Nav, WiFi, DVD/Divx, PC games.. it's a great thing!

Anyways, here's your link.
