My car stereo recently got ripped off, and being to cheap (or leery) to put a new one in, I went to the wreckers and picked up an old one. I am trying to install the radio from a 1992 Ford Aerostar into my 1995 Cavalier. Any tips or suggestions? I tried matching up the wiring diagrams listed here, but the listed colours don't all correspond to the wires that I have. Any tips appreciated.

that will not work. the harness from chevy will not fit into a radio from ford. the only possible way to do it is if you have the factory ford harness still in the back of the radio with a few inches of wire still on it. if you have that, let me know and ill tell how u to do it
