ok here is the question , has anyone seen a door boot with one side of the boot having a plastic piece looking lik ea wiring harness that disconnects????????????? I dont think i can run a wire through it because there is plastic on both inssde and outside. Is this like a wire disconect in the case of removing the door?

In my friend's Jetta he had the door handles shaved and I had the task of wiring them up . There was a disconnectable door boot like you mentioned , and I had to run through it , a bike brake cable as backup (attached to the latch , and run to a safe location out of the car in the event of power failure) and the solenoid trigger . It was not very fun . Take the boot apart and look for a location to drill  (small hole) in both sides . Then run wire through both sides , then connect boot again . May take some wiggling .

The Acura Integra has this type of clip for the door boot. What you have to do is to drill a hole under this clip because there's no extra room to add any wires in this clip. YES.... that means taking the door off door boot? -- posted image.

I've seen that there's 2 pieces to the boot, male and female, and they snap together....one side outside the door and the other is on the inside.

Pull them apart, and then drilled a hole in one of the blank spots to run the wire.

Jeff has it on the money, the door must come off, and drill a hole on both the door and the side of the car, and install a second boot.

I have done this many of times.  Its no fun, make sure someone is there to help you take off the door, sometimes they can be a pain.

The plastic piece is a clip style where you have two plastic clips that has to be sqeezed together in order for the connector to be released ( if I remember correctly ). You need quite a bit of force to squeeze them together and push the connector in once you have the tabs pushed together.
