Wire Problem, 92 240sx

Hello All, First I apologize if this is in the wrong forum...I own a 92 240sx and like a retard I forgot to disconnect the battery before messing around with my dome light wires..Well the pos. & neg. wires touched and now my car is a little jacked...I have flip up headlights that come on when you turn the knob thats on the turn signal, well the lights still pop up but now my radio comes on when the knob is turned...The radio doesn't work unless my headlights are turned on..which sucks cause I don't want to drive around with my lights flipped up...any suggestions? I have no idea where to begin to figure out the problem.. thanks for any help
