2003 caravan & remote start

Hi,

Just joined and am hunting info/tips for installing a rm900 remote start from crimestoppers.  I have installed other remote starts but never one where I needed to do relays etc.  I am just wanting start, stop, accessories, and parking lights during remote start run.  The key system is new to me. I have a black key and have been told that the systems with the factory sentry system have grey keys.  I put the system in and I have installed the main ground, hood pin, power (two hot leads to battery), the brake ( purple to tan/white at brake), start one to yellow at switch, and acc to blue/red at switch temporarily set.   The system (box) clicks but does not energize the starter. when the remote is depressed. 

I assume that I must need a second ignition wire to the switch (violet/brown with relay) to a 180 to 210 ohm resistor to trigger the ground output of the remote starter.  (never needed it on other plymouth (97) install.)

If this assumtions is true, please let me know.  I have the basic install done, but tommorow I will do the soldering of the wireing and the checkout. 

 I do not want to do this over and over so please advise me on my process so far.
